I’m a big fan of the “Street Figther” arcade game series. Back then i remeber i used to hog on the arcade machine and kicked any challenger’s butt. “Cammy” is one of my all-time favourite character (shes’ hot!). When I came accross this this figure on the shelf at a local toys shop, I grab it without any hesitation :) And that is more than a year ago :P

post Master illustrator : Andrew Sheppard!

Here’s an illustration done by the talented Andy Sheppard on one of my figures… his work is truly amazing! Bow Down

I’m very honored that Andy selected my figure to paint…. appreciate it very much Andy!

It depicts 2 Waffen SS troopers within the cold weather …. Andy smartly place the trooper in the rear with a MP40. The background work is magnificent – i’m sure he must have took hours to pain staking ly produce it :)

post Gloved Hands

I simply love gloved hands. Over the years many manufacturers produced a number of gloved hands, some good, some great. I have got all sort of brands (collected over the years) – Dragon, BBI, Sideshow Toys, DID, Hottoys, Takara and Medicom. Somehow figures looks great with a pair of gloves ….. also with the thought of not needing to paint the hands :)

Here are some pictures of the gloved hands i have……

In this tutorial, we used one of DML’s latest camo release – Gerhard Hrach’s Italian Camo Feldblause and Pants (fantastic quality and the pants is really baggy – cool!). The objective is to get it look used and weathered but not overly done.

This tutorial is broken down to 7 parts.
